Are 90% of Your Vitamins Going Down the Toilet?

Our bodies require a daily intake of vitamins each day. And our diet does not always provide us with all the vitamins and nutrients we need. Which can lead to many vitamin deficiencies.

Some of the most common ones are Vitamin D and B12 deficiencies.  And one our bodies always need to boost our immune system: Vitamin C. Which is especially important right now during these trying times.

Vitamin D is especially common in the winter. The sun is lacking and we just are not soaking in Vitamin D like we usually are.

Symptoms of vitamin D deficiency

  • Fatigue
  • Bone pain
  • Muscle weakness, muscle aches, or muscle cramps
  • Depression
  • Irritability
Symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency
  • Pale yellow tinge to your skin
  • Pins and needles
  • Feeling Sluggish
  • Brain Fog
  • Blurry Vision
  • Depression
  • Irritability
  • Trouble Sleeping

There are many foods which can provide you with amounts of each of these vitamins (and more) but it is not always easy to to make sure we are eating the right amount each day. We try- but we are only human, sometimes it is hard to keep up.

So if we are not getting the nutrition we need from food, why not supplement?

Supplementing vitamins is a great idea- however you must be careful on how you choose to supplement.

There are so many supplements on the market, but not all of them have the proper absorption, which means you essentially end up flushing them down the toilet. Literally. Your body is not absorbing them so they basically just come right back out again.

Bio-availability of the supplement you choose is crucial to ensure your body will actually be absorbing as much of the vitamin as possible.

A substance will only take effect if it can be absorbed by the body, so bioavailability is the key to creating a supplement that delivers proven benefits. Bioavailability is a measure of how easily a substance can be absorbed by the body.

And sadly, many people tend to choose capsule or pills for supplements. Why? Because it seems simpler.
But the problems with those, is that they have to be broken down in the digestive system and you are actually losing much of the key value of the supplement before it even hits your system.

Many of them to not have a proper delivery’ system. They are simply made into a tablet or capsule and if they dissolve within a reasonable time in water that’s okay-however because of this solubility the majority of the active ingredients are destroyed by the stomach acids. As a result only about 10 – 15% of the active ingredients actually get into the blood stream.

That is where liquid vitamins come into play.

Think of it this way: A liquid vitamin is already in liquid form-so it doesn’t have to be broken down by the body to be digested. This makes a liquid dietary supplement much more absorbable- as they begin absorbing immediately.

So doesn’t it just make more sense to take something your body is KEEPING and not just flushing down the toilet?

There are many liquid vitamins on the market- so be sure to do your research when looking for one for you.

A great choice is a patented technology called Micelle Liposomal Technology. Giving you bio available, nano sized particles, going to work for you right away.

Essentially, the vitamin is encapsulated into tiny, nano-sized micelles (molecules in a solution) which are further enveloped into liposomes. Liposomes are healthy fat cells that shield the tiny the micelles from the hostile environment and absorption barriers found in the human gut.

As the liposomes travel through the digestive system, they slowly begin to peel away in a controlled manner. The micelles are gradually released, and eventually the buffered vitamin is deposited near the gut lining where it can be fully absorbed.
