Summer can come and go pretty fast. So we have to enjoy it while we can!
Bask in the sun, play outdoors- and of course- indulge in some great summer food!
And what better way to enjoy the sun on a warm summers day than with a delcious and frefreshing smoothie!
Great for all ages- kids and adults alike!
Here’s what you will need:
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries or Raspberries
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Cherries (can also sub with another berry of your choice!)
- 4-6 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 3/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
Once you have all your yummy ingredients…
Place the banana, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and ice cubes into a blender.
Pour in the orange juice, and vanilla yogurt. Puree until smooth.
And viola! A summer smoothie to die for!
You can also add some mint for nice refreshing minty kick or sprinkle some extra berries on top!
