Staying hydrated is very important and vital at all times. A quart of water lost in one’s body will have an effect on an individual’s mental and physical performance. If dehydration is ignored tiredness, reduced concentration, and headache may take place. Headache is a sign that one’s brain and eyes are being deprived of water.
